Krabi Heritage Hotel - Ao Nang

central location, easy access to laundry facilities, affordable price point

Check-in delays with uncommunicative receptionists!!! Hot water issues persist without apologies!!! Rooms need serious deep cleaning!!! AC units are excessively noisy!!! WiFi constantly drops!!!

Amazing rooms and very near just 200 mtrs from the Ao Nang Beach with lot of restaurants around.

Its location which is set back from a busy main road but is a short walk to the beach area and to shopping restaurants and other services.

The rooms, while fine, seem a bit tired. They lack safes making necessary to store valuables at reception, and it would have been nice to have free WiFi in throughout the hotel.

Couples looking for a great escape

The location was excellent only a short walk to everything, we booked a trip to the night market through the concierge, and it was an awesome experience despite getting soaked in the rain. The pool area was perfect for sunny afternoons, not crowded at all, ideal for enjoying cocktails and lunch under the sun.

It wasn't inexpensive but still reasonable for what you get.

This hotel has a good location, only five minutes walk from the beach. The room was clean and beds were comfortable.

The room was a little dated and the shower facility was not great.

Helpful staff, breakfasts were exceptionally good.

All in all, it was reasonable base for travelling to Ao Nang. The location was unbeatable, a 10-15 minute walking distance from a long beach.

Room was clean, but the AC was really loud and disruptive.

The rooms were nice, has a bath, staff were good, nice pool, free wifi that worked! In all the best hotel I have stayed in in Thailand

Not the hotels fault but the power blackouts to Ao nang are regular

Good-size rooms with all necessary amenities. Close to the beach and main street of Ao Nang. Friendly staff.

I greatly enjoyed the place, its delicious and sensational breakfast.

I was offered a room with absolutely brilliant views of the mountain and the sea. The location was excellent, just off all the best restaurants and live music bars as well as still on a quiet sideroad. I ate in the beach restaurant nearby.

Good value for money as many places were over priced. Rooms were clean and staff friendly.

Wifi only worked in reception and not rooms. Our breakfast was not included and was very expensive compared to cost of eating out to have breakfast in hotel. It was nice to eat out and would not put me off staying here.

We were welcomed with refreshing juice, and the ocean view from our room was breathtaking! The pool area was perfect for lounging, and I loved chilling on the sunbeds by the pool. The only downside was the wifi dropping out occasionally, but it didn't ruin our experience at all. 🌴

Very nice, comfortable and friendly hotel close to the city centre and the beach. Nice staff. good pool. Clean. We prolonged our stay from 2 days to 6 days. Very nice
