Check-in delays with uncommunicative receptionists!!! Hot water issues persist without apologies!!! Rooms need serious deep cleaning!!! AC units are excessively noisy!!! WiFi constantly drops, making connectivity difficult!!!

Couples looking for a great escape

The location was excellent only a short walk to everything, we booked a trip to the night market through the concierge, and it was an awesome experience despite getting soaked in the rain. The pool area was perfect for sunny afternoons, not crowded at all, ideal for enjoying cocktails and lunch under the sun.

It wasn’t inexpensive but still reasonable for what you get.

Room was clean, but the AC was really loud and disruptive.

We were welcomed with refreshing juice, and the ocean view from our room was breathtaking! The pool area was perfect for lounging, and I loved chilling on the sunbeds by the pool. The only downside was the wifi dropping out occasionally, but it didn't ruin our experience at all. 🌴

Great location and comfy stay!

I stayed for a week and loved the location—5 min walk to the beach, and tons of restaurants around. The staff was super chill and friendly! The pool was nice, but getting a lounge chair could be tricky at peak times. The restaurant served tasty meals, and the shower had strong water pressure, which was a lifesaver after a day out.

A great location just two minutes from the beach ensured easy access to everything. The breakfast selection was impressive, featuring a make-your-own pancake machine, which added a fun twist. the WiFi connectivity was inconsistent, making it difficult to stay connected during my visit. the pool area could get crowded, especially during peak times, limiting lounge chair availability.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Breakfast offered a wide variety with a delightful pancake machine that was a hit. The location was perfect for quick beach access and nearby restaurants with a stunning mountain view from our room that made mornings more enjoyable.

The WiFi connectivity was inconsistent, which was frustrating at times.

Just a top selection for a hurried visit in Ao Nang with all in all brilliant value for money. The shower pressure was excellent, making for a refreshing experience after a long day. Try to catch a sea view room if you can for a lovely sight each evening.

The heritage is in a great location, just a couple of minutes to the beach and right in the heart of everything. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast had a fantastic selection. the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. plus, the large outdoor pool was a perfect spot to relax.
